Dear Mrs. Graham:

I am writing to you because the breakage of 100 paint’s tin from your company. I mentioned this to the supervisor on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 and he said he would make up for all of those that week. It is almost two weeks later and it still hasn’t been made up. It was a big problem because it could be disfigure our products..

I would appreciate it if you could speak to the supervisor about this problem. I’d like to know when the problem will be made up.
